3. Subscription and Payments

• May be modified or discontinued at any time

3.2 Pro Subscription

• Billed monthly at $9.99/month
• Automatically renews unless cancelled
• Unlimited caption generation
• Access to all features

3.3 Payment Terms

• Payments processed securely via Stripe
• All fees are in USD
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for unused time.

3.5 Refund Policy

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you input and captions generated for you. You grant us a license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.

The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by Scribza and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property.

5.3 Generated Captions

You own the captions generated for you and may use them freely for personal or commercial purposes. However, we don't guarantee uniqueness - similar prompts may generate similar outputs for different users.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

6.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.

6.2 AI Limitations

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are responsible for reviewing and editing before publication. We are not liable for consequences of using AI-generated content.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

Scribza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months (or $100, whichever is less).

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We'll provide reasonable notice for significant changes affecting paid subscribers.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. Refunds are at our discretion.
